Our showroom is located in Mikocheni A, Mwai Kibaki Rd, near Shoppers Plaza, Dar es Salaam. We are open Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.

We offer a comprehensive range including security doors (RC2 and RC3 certified), aluminium windows and doors, internal wooden and WPC doors, fireproof doors (EI60 and EI120), glass and aluminium balustrades, outdoor pergolas and gates, and safes.

Yes. All Simba products are installed by our own trained installation teams. We do not subcontract installation work, ensuring consistent quality and accountability from fabrication through to handover.

Our aluminium systems carry a 10-year manufacturer warranty on profiles and a 5-year warranty on hardware and glass units. Security doors carry a 5-year mechanical warranty. All warranties are subject to normal use and our terms of service.

Absolutely. Custom sizing, colours, and configurations are available across our entire range. Our technical team can review your architectural drawings and advise on the best system specification for your project requirements and budget.

Lead times depend on the scale of the project. Residential orders typically take 3–5 weeks from order confirmation to installation. Large commercial projects are scheduled individually. We provide a detailed project timeline with every confirmed order.

Yes. We have completed projects in Zanzibar, Arusha, Dodoma, Mwanza, and other regions across Tanzania. Logistics and travel costs are included in project quotations for out-of-town projects.
