Simba Completes Landmark Commercial Facade in Dar es Salaam CBD

We are proud to announce the successful completion of a major commercial facade project in the Dar es Salaam central business district. The project involved the design, fabrication, and installation of a full curtain wall glazing system across 12 floors.

The system features structural silicone glazing with floor-to-ceiling glass panels, providing panoramic views of the Indian Ocean while maintaining excellent thermal performance through the use of low-emissivity coated glass.

Technical Specifications

Over 2,400 square meters of glazing were installed across a 16-week schedule. The project required custom-fabricated aluminium mullions and transoms, all manufactured in our Dar es Salaam facility to European CNC standards.

The building's architects specified Simba for the project based on our track record of delivering to specification on large-scale commercial facades across Tanzania.
